Lovelet lets you build and publish personalised interactive microsites and share them by private link or QR code.
2. Accounts and eligibility
State the minimum age, what an account is required for, and what happens to pages belonging to a deleted account.
3. Your content
Confirm that you keep ownership of the text, photos, and audio you upload, and set out the licence Lovelet needs in order to host and display that content on your page.
4. Acceptable use
Prohibit harassment, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, and uploading media you have no right to use. Describe how reported pages are handled.
5. Free pages, Premium, and payment
Free pages stay online for 7 days. Single-site and credit-pack purchases are one-time payments; the Unlimited Annual Pass renews yearly until canceled. State the refund and cancellation position and that Stripe processes payments.
6. Availability and liability
Set out the absence of an uptime guarantee, the limitation of liability, and the governing law and jurisdiction.
7. Changes and contact
Explain how changes to these terms are announced, and give the contact address for legal notices.
